A Plus Transmission Specialists

great shop, they have done pretty hefty repairs on my fusion and f150. for anything past the flexplate they will always be my go to place. Ryan is a no bullshit kinda guy, polite, tells you how it is, and will do what he can to give you options on repairs and advice on service and maintenance to be able to get you rolling out the door. can't say enough good things. if you've ignored your transmission its never too late to have these guys look at it. may walk away needing just a fluid change or they might catch something before it becomes something serious. will always recommend these folks.

I’ve had my transmission rebuilt before the first company did not do a good job, so unfortunately, I had to find a new place to get it done. Walking into the A+ I was a little fearful because of what had previously happened. But from the first person, I talk to until the last they were all very polite, professional, well mannered, And very educated regarding transmissions. Another thing that I want to point out I was given payment options and a discount that allowed me to afford getting my transmission Rebuilt. I was informed every step of the way of what was going on with my truck. I was given a due date and it was done by that day. They also gave me a recheck day. That was customer service beyond customer service. I would recommend this place Above any other transmission place I’ve ever been to thus far> Thank you so much for helping me in my time of need

I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. I had CVT transmission work done on my Nissan Murano and was very impressed with this shop. They worked carefully and methodically on the repair. After I picked up the vehicle, two additional issues surfaced, one of which was outside traditional transmission work. Instead of passing it off, they took responsibility and completed all of the additional repairs at no cost to me, even though they involved extremely costly work. They went out of their way to properly diagnose the problems, including taking the vehicle to the dealer to pinpoint the exact issue. That level of honesty, accountability, and extra effort is rare. I truly appreciate how they stood by their work and would highly recommend them.

Brought my car in on Monday with no appointment, they diagnosed it, fixed the issue and returned it to me Friday morning. I drove him (my car) home and the issue I was having seems to have been remedied. The manager Ryan was communicative, and treated me with respect. If I ever have a transmission issue ever again I will choose this store to bring it to. Thank you for treating me with respect, being a woman I sometimes feel like I am being placated by some techs. Here I was treated like I knew my car. That is greatly appreciated.
